The training was decent enough, I guess. It covered the basics, but I felt like they could’ve explained some parts a bit more clearly, especially when things started to get... yeah, just a little more detail would’ve helped.

I had a question about my order and they did get back to me way faster than I expected, which I appreciated. They were easy to deal with and fixed the issue without making it complicated. That said, I did feel a little misled at first because the info I had wasn’t totally clear, so I had to reach out in the first place.

"Solid setup for my small shop"
As a small shop owner, I really just need equipment I can count on without babysitting it all day. I bought my press and dryer from screenprinting.com a while back, and they’ve both been running smoothly with no real drama. I use them most days for smaller jobs, and so far they’ve just done what they’re supposed to do. Nothing flashy to report, but that’s exactly what I was hoping for...
"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to return a couple of items from ScreenPrinting.com because I ordered the wrong stuff. The return process wasn’t too bad, but I was definitely expecting clearer instructions in a few spots. The refund also took a few days longer than I thought it would. That said, support got back to me and helped get everything sorted out. It wasn’t perfect, but I’d still feel okay ordering from them again.

I ordered from screenprinting.com expecting something to go wrong, because that’s usually how it goes for me with online print stuff. But this time I was actually surprised. The print quality was really good, the ink looked clean, and the colors came out way better than I figured they would. Even after washing, everything still held up, which was a relief...

My order came exactly as I placed it, with nothing missing and no mix-ups on sizes. I’ve had that happen with other suppliers before, so it was a relief. It was packed well too. Based on this order, I’d say they seem reliable.
